Overall the course at Become a Game Tester does a great job of showing you how to become a game tester. However, there are a few small things to note.

Firstly, the whole thing is pretty short. But still, it’s packed full of solid information with almost no filler, so you’ll want to read everything a few times to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Secondly, many things in the report only apply if you are over 18 years of age. While it still provides plenty of alternative things you can do if you are under-age, it’s worth noting that if you’re not 18, then you probably aren’t going to get a game testing position immediately after reading this course.

And finally, if there’s one real negative to this course, it’s that it actually does require you to put in some effort. The course gives you the knowledge and skills to guide you in the right direction, but it’s up to you to take action.
